Manjula Sickler

Manjula Sickler is a Chartered Accountant and sustainability specialist who brings deep expertise in environmental strategy, climate innovation, and waste minimisation to ēkot. She has led large-scale sustainability initiatives with national and international impact, including her tenure as Sustainability Manager at the Auckland District Health Board, where she embedded sustainability into complex health operations. In her dual capacity as Finance Manager, she demonstrated the commercial viability of environmental initiatives by aligning climate and waste strategies with measurable business outcomes. Through her collaborative work with organisations such as the University of Auckland, Auckland Transport, the Ministry for the Environment, and the United Nations Development Programme, Manjula strengthens ēkot’s ability to design financially viable, evidence-based circular solutions and build trusted cross-sector partnerships that accelerate scalable impact.
